A nice place to have a break after shopping or when your apartment becomes too small for your toddler and he or she definitely needs a change of location to get into a different mode, the streets of Eimsbüttel are nice to walk and the Café Osterdeich is a relaxing place to have a coffee without having to entertain your offspring continuously. They have their so-called “Little Salon” in the back with one corner to cuddle, one to draw and play and one with books and magazines to chill. The room is often used by so-called “Krabbelgruppen” (moms with babies just managing to crawl). So, it is easy to socialize there. The café is nicely decorated with fresh blue walls, flowers and lovely crockery. The cakes and cupcakes are self-made and mmmmmmh! It is a really nice spot.
