Since more than 60 years the Hamburg Traffic Caspar (best I could think of for “Verkehrskasper“) educates our small children of how to behave in diverse traffic situations. The puppet theatre is absolutely top! Usually, theatre (two policemen) tour Hamburg schools, however, on 17.08.2012 is one of the seldom possibilities to see the piece outside school (unfortunately an awkward timing: 10:30) on the open air stage within Planten un Blomen.
