Whilst this park also has some wild pigs to watch the focus is on the forest itself. When you enter the first thing you see is a huge playground. It is really huge and all natural. The whole park is set to make experiences around forest life. Our children always loved to walk in the tunnels within the beeche hedges where no-one could see them. There’s pony riding, water games, swings, a huge chute tower and a lot more. Then the whole walkways are children-tailored. There’s an imps’ path and a fitness path and a fort and a indian village and and and. Your children should be at least 3 1/2 as there are quite some meters to cover and it is only half fun if you sit asleep or groggy in a buggy. A tip: go with friends and bring your own coal and BBQ, there are small houses with benches and everything. The website is in German only. Its open every day 9 AM to 6 PM (shorter in winter time).
