The lantern trail season has definitely begun by now. And the small children in Hamburg love the singing trecks. Most trals are organized by the kindergarten, but if not, and you don’t want to go alone, then you could combined a lovely lantern trail with a visit of the beautiful wildlife park Schwarze Berge.
As common songs will be sung all the way and there’s going to be a little surprise! If you have no lantern yet, then you should register quickly for the crafting session! Together with a teacher the lanterns are diligently decorated with natural materials such as fruits, leaves and sticks. For the lanterns to be ready for the lantern parade the small crafters meet at 2:45 pm at the entrance to the wildlife park. Parents and children who participate in the lantern parade will only pay the group rate. For the lantern crafting a small additionally fee will be charged to cover for the material costs.
