Something really special offers the wildlife park Eekholt with the so-called Dunkel Munkel nights. The name originats from the German saying “Im Dunkeln ist’s gut Munkeln” – freely translated this means that in the dark one can easily tell and listen to secret stories. On the coming Saturday evening the subject of that night is fire and flames. The paths will then be beautifully illuminated and there will be a desire tree, a campfire, a cauldron and a romance path. Many animals are nocturnal and can be better observed at this time. And then there are the “creatures of the night”! Various fire artists inspire you with their tricks and guarnatee gaping mouths. A great alternative to the lantern parades for somewhat bigger kids!
