The Kiekebergmuseum is also a great location to spent a fabulous Easter day! For two days, it’s all about bunnies, biddies and eggs. On the vernal, beautiful grounds there is much to see : children can felt little bunnies or explore the museum and its historic homes and gardens in search of the Paschal Mystery. The jazz combo Homefield Stompers is playing in the yard of Farmhouse Meyn .
For the littles they have organized the Easter Olympics games: Egg – running and hopping like a bunny are among the major disciplines.
You can discover the colorful Easter Market in the Agrarium: painted eggs, cardboard and paper design or Patworch work are on display. In the historic kitchen you can watch the cook making pancakes. And there is obviously coffee and cake from the bakery museum. In addition, the museum restaurant ” Stoof Mudder Kroog ” and the roastery – cafe ” Koffietied ” are open.
