Easter Celebrations

In the south of Hamburg this wonderful museum is perfect for long walks and exploring. Very idyllic created it illustrates how rural population lived in the early 18th century in the old thatched cottages and farm houses. Over the Easter weekend there is traditionally a great event. Children will be engaged at bunny felting, tinkering Easter decoration and experimenting with eggs. Little explorers are invited to the search for clues to the paschal mystery. Do you know why the rabbit lays eggs??? I always forget, so I will have my children explain to me when they are done! In addition, various breeds of rabbits want to be observed in hobbling.

Whilst having coffee and cake – hopefully in the cute coffee garden under the bristle of sunlight – I intend to listen to the Homefield Stompers swinging and jazzing for their audience.
