How actually is chocolate being made?

(c) CHOCOVERSUMWe have been visiting the chocolate museum in Hamburg city center yesterday. In principle the Chocoversum is one big room on the groundfloor, lavishly decorated and it offers a lot to smell and taste. One can sit inside a cacao bean hear the rain forest, weigh ones own weight in cacao beans and, most important, make your own chocolate. A guided tour is a must, takes 1,5 hours and includes the making of your chocolate in the middle (the same must cool in the fridge for 30 minutes). It’s a fun activity for children aged 5+, but disproportinally expensive.
