The Planetarium as a building is well known – it’s the big red tower in Hamburg’s city park (Stadtpark), but many do not know that you can watch movies here. And the screen is not a in front, but over your heads. Therefore, the seats can be put almost to the horizontal.
There is quite a broad selection of films for children for different ages. We watched “Small star in the big universe” (Kleiner Stern im großen All) and my children really enjoyed it. You can also just listen to radioplays of “The three investigators”. With the dolbi surround that’s going to be a real experience – for older kids, though.
